2025 Conference
Planning for the 2025 conference actually started many months ago, but now that 2024 over and done, it will kick into high gear. Watch this space for an announcement on our 2025 keynote speaker.
Note: We had to move our 2025 conference dates to March 6-7 to accommodate the Invictus Games coming to Vancouver. We are back to our usual schedule for 2026.
2025 Conference Workshop Proposals
We typically book conference presenters 18-24 months in advance. If you would like to submit a workshop proposal for the March 2025 conference click on the button below, fill out, and submit the form. Our Speaker Coordinator, Karen Gadowsky, reviews all applications and will get in contact with you.

We are pleased to announce that we have secured the following conference dates, all of which will be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Mark your calendars!
