Our 33rd annual conference lineup is complete, and we are excited to have Ivan Coyote as Keynote, along with nearly three dozen sessions covering a wide variety of topics. The brochure has gone gone out, delivered as either a PDF or a paper copy, but if you didn't get one, you can download a PDF by clicking on the image below. And when you are ready, click on the conference registration button.
As we move closer to a paperless registration system, be sure to download our conference app for either iOS and Android (search for BCAEA Conference). You can use it to find your way around the conference lineup and venue, but more importantly, use it to electronically evaluate the sessions you attend. It saves us a ton of time manually collating and inputting session evaluation cards.
We look forward to seeing you in February!
Due to the limited amount of exhibition space at our conference venue, we vet all exhibitor applications, and not all applications can be approved. Note that if your application is accepted, your space is not secured until it is paid for. If you have questions, please contact Tianay de Andrade, BCAEA Vice President. Her email address can be found by clicking on the Contact button at the bottom of the page.Exhibitor Application Form

Have a look at a few of the photos from the conference. Once again Chef Lori Pilling and the amazing kids from the Delta Secondary Cafeteria Program did an amazing job catering the Schmooze! Thanks also to Namoorsh Ready and the student bartenders from The Gathering Place. You did a fabulous job for us once more.
We are pleased to announce that we have secured the following conference dates, all of which will be held at the Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre.
